The law of God: Is it still applicable or relevant today or did Grace do away with the Law?

The law of God: Is it still applicable or relevant today?
1 John 5:3

Let’s look at God as the Architect. Now if as an architect you draw a plan n design your model, firstly you take a piece of land where there are trees, grass and stones all over and you clear the place. Now you build according to your specifications.

So this universe is a system n as such it’s governed by certain laws brought by the creator.
For example the force of gravity. Now when you disobey the law of gravity of will come out on the receiving end for example death. But when we see someone on the edge we plead with them because they not an exception to the rule.

Now the bible in Colossians 1:16 all things were created by him n for him n in him all things hold together. We are desperately trying to secure our place in God’s new earth
We know that we have defects in our lives in the process of trying to correct ourselves is it possible we could be doing things the wrong way?
Is it possible to study and still fail the test? YES .If you don’t follow the syllabus. And saints just in case you haven’t heard there is a new syllabus called the new covenant.

In Romans 10:4 he says,
“Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.” In Galatians 3:24, 25 he says,
“The law was our tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith. But after faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor.”

There are those who make a list of doe’s n don’ts
People who try to keep but do it in the wrong way: they don’t follow the syllabus – the bible
Listen to what happens to those who try to attain without following the bible, insist it that David said thy word is a lamp unto my feet n he also says I have kept thy word in my heart that I may not sin against thee.
Isiah 50:

The law should be used as a mirror. After taking a bath you check yourself in the mirror to see if all is in the right place. That is the correct use of the law of God.
Now to some this mirror becomes a burden. They feel God is limiting them by saying do not fornicate but in reality, everything that God allows or does not allow is ultimately for your benefit. Ecclesiastics 8:11

God's commands are not a burden. Only when you take time to know him.

Mark 12:30-31
Have you noticed that Joseph did not take Potiphar’s wife because he did not want to sign against his God, but that was before the 10 commandments were given? How did he know it was a sin to take another man’s wife? Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
If you enjoy being robbed yes go ahead n rob. Being lied to, cheated etc.

In conclusion
What is the essence of our faith: Jesus is the essence of our faith.
Why do we make a checklist of the law of God? It’s because we want acceptance n glorification. When you join the faith it’s like enrolling at the university. You write tests now n then assuming you pass eventually you graduate/ Glorification. Now listen to what Paul said when he referred to glorification.
Colossians 1:27
The mirror / the law also serves as the devil’s syllabus. All he has to do is make you cherish what God hates. God hates sin.
2 Corinthians John 3:3, 1 John 5:3-5

We are saved to obey.

I Am a Soldier Of God

I am a soldier in the army of God. The Lord Jesus Christ is my Commanding Officer. The Holy Bible is my code of conduct. Faith, Prayer, and the Word are my weapons of Warfare. I have been taught by the Holy Spirit, trained by experience, tried by adversity, and tested by fire. I am a volunteer in this army, and I am enlisted for eternity. I will either retire in this Army or die in this Army; but, I will not get out, sell out, be talked out, or pushed out. I am faithful, reliable, capable, and dependable. If my God needs me, I am there. I am a soldier. I am not a baby. I do not need to be pampered, petted, primed up, pumped up, picked up, or pepped up.I am a soldier. No one has to call me, remind me, write me, visit me, entice me, or lure me.   I am a soldier. I am not a wimp. I am in place, saluting my King, obeying His orders, praising His name, and building His kingdom! No one has to send me flowers, gifts, food, cards, candy, or give me handouts. I do...

CHRIST IN YOU, THE HOPE OF GLORY

The word "glory" carries with it the thought of honor and dignity--sometimes also that of brightness, shining. The Scriptures speak of the Heavenly Father as having the excellent glory, that glory unto which none others can approach. Our Lord Jesus is said to have been received up into glory--honor and distinction. Of Adam it is said that he was "crowned with glory and honor," was put over the beasts of the field, the fowl of the air and the fish of the sea. (Psalm 8:5-8; Genesis 1:28.) In this connection the word "glory" seems to indicate that Adam was made in the image of his Creator.  Applying these same thoughts to ourselves, we find that as yet we have no glory. What blessing we have received is the possession of the Holy Spirit, the evidence of our adoption into the family of God. This, however, is merely the beginning of the glory which God has promised to those who are faithful--merely the earnest. To have the Holy Spirit in us is to have...

One Goal One Hope

There are many different kinds of hope Eph 1:17-18 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: 18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints Eph4:6 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; 5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. All these things are good but God has called us to something better - Perfection Hebrew 6:1-4 1 Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God, 2 Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. 3 And this will we do, if God ...
